Breathwork workshops in Austin

Group breathwork journeys with live sound: build, peak, release, integrate. Hosted in Austin, announced to the list first, and closed the way Cloud Breathwork gatherings always close: integration time, light refreshments, and no rush out the door. Bring a friend who says meditation isn’t for them.

Next dates announced to the waitlist below first.

What to expect

Your first session

Before

Wear something you can breathe in and eat light. Arrive ten minutes early so your nervous system isn’t rushing through the door with you.

During

60 to 90 minutes: we arrive, set intention, then move into intentional, connected breathing inside the soundscape. Mats or chairs both work; you’re guided end to end.

It can get real

Tingling hands, temperature shifts, waves of emotion. All of it is normal, temporary, and usually the release doing its work. A facilitator is with you the whole way.

After

Most people leave wrung out and lighter at the same time. Drink water, keep the evening slow, and let it land. Journaling the next morning helps it stick.

Safety and readiness

Strong medicine, sized to you

Active breathwork is intense by design. That intensity is the point, and it also means the practice should be sized to your body. None of this is a closed door; it just decides which doorway we use.

Talk to your doctor first if any of these apply

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or history of stroke or aneurysm
  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • Severe asthma (and bring your inhaler either way)
  • A diagnosis of psychosis or bipolar disorder, or a recent psychiatric crisis
  • Recent surgery or serious injury

Always your pace

Every condition above has a gentle doorway: slow guided breathing, stillness inside the sound, meditation with the group. You tell us what applies in your intake, we shape the session around it, and you can ease off to soft breathing at any moment, in any session, no explanation needed. Trauma-informed means the choice never leaves your hands.

Breathwork is a complementary practice, not medical treatment. When in doubt, your physician gets the first word.
